Taco seasoning

Ingredients

  • Chili powder: 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Onion powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Red pepper flakes: 1/4 tsp
  • Oregano: 1/4 tsp
  • Paprika: 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder: 1.5 tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Black pepper: 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Mix the spices thoroughly. Listed weights are suitable for 500g of meat.

To make tacos, brown ground beef in a little of oil; drain the fat once done. Reduce the heat, add the seasoning and mix well. Fry for a short while, taking care to not burn the spices. Add 100-120ml of water and cook until evaporated.
